I have never received better service in my life and I have nothing but amazing things to say about “Mike and the boys”. They are 100% honest and won’t try to sell you something you don’t need! My electricity bill went from 500+ a month to less than $120 a month (and my house is total electric). I have had the unit for almost 8 months! If you are looking for something to save you money this is the place to look! The professionalism of this company is beyond believe. They answered any and every question that I had and were never impatient! They have checked multiple times to make sure everything was perfect since the install! I’ve had problems with my A/C unit on and off for several years. I’ve tried many different local A/C repair services, but none of them seemed to be able to correctly diagnose my unit’s problems. I was almost at my wit’s end when I happened to run into the man himself – Mike Graham – at a child’s birthday party. I approached him and told him I understood he wasn’t there to talk business, but he took the time to listen to my problem. I explained that my unit was currently working, but feared it could break down again anytime. I told him I felt that the unit was a lemon and that I might as well just get a new one. He replied, “I don’t believe that anything is unfixable. Just give my office a call and tell ’em you spoke to me.” And when my unit stopped working yet again, that’s what I did. A crew arrived within an hour of my call, and the technician diagnosed what was wrong within 30 minutes. No other company had been able to diagnose my unit’s problem, even with several visits. He gave me the estimate and said he could get to work right away. Every other company that worked on my unit would have to schedule a return appointment to work on my unit, meaning I would have to do without for several days. When the technician finished the work I asked him point blank, “Why couldn’t the other repair services figure out what was wrong?” He said, “I have worked for the other guys and they are not as well trained as Mike Graham trains us.” That sealed the deal for me. Should I ever have a problem with my A/C unit again (which I somehow doubt will happen nearly as often now), I will be giving Mike Graham a call!

We have always been pleased with the service technicians and their work, in the 10 years we’ve had this unit they installed. This time was no exception, but at the top of the satisfaction scale. My unit quit cooling on Friday of the Memorial Day weekend when I was leaving for work, so I called just asking to be put on the ‘list’, because when you call at 4pm on a Friday HOLIDAY weekend, you naturally figure it will be Tuesday before the establishment is open again. Not so! The kind voice on the phone let me know it would be about 2 hours before she could get a tech out to us (way out in the boonies), and I stammered and asked if I had heard correctly! “You mean you can get someone out TODAY???” She informed me up front of the service call fee, and the tech got our unit going again with no additional charges! Thank God! And thanks again to the fine folks at Mike Graham Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing for a job well done!

I have been using your firm for my heating and cooling needs for sometime. When one of my units began to make a terrible noise, keeping me awake at night i called for a service check. It was determined that one of my units could not be fixed. I felt i could trust the service man, so the next step was replacing the unit. Chris came to my home and office to explain my options and prices. He was very professional. I decided to get 2 new units at the same time. Last Monday Aubrey and Cheyenne spent the entire day replacing the units. They cleaned everything when they finished and you could not tell they had been there. Aubrey explained everything i needed to know about the new units. I had heard harrow stories of the mess some company’s had made. I would like to say, i could not have been more pleased. My home is very nice and toasty and what i had thought might be a big ordeal turned t out to be no hassle at all. Thank you for your service.
